A new login page design may seem like a minor event, but the change will affect more than a billion people who use a Google Account to connect to different applications, including Gmail, YouTube, Search, and Google Play Store.
Google says it has decided to make a change to the login page in a consistent look on phones, tablets and desktops.
It also describes the new design by providing a cleaner look and a faster sign compared to the existing function. People will see when they can unsubscribe to any Google app or browser like Chrome.
However, the login process will not change and will still need to type an email address and password.
If you sign up for a Google account today, you must inform the bottom of the current login page to see a “new look for the connection coming soon”.
“We make connecting faster and easier with your Google account,” the message said before going to a link to a new support page on which to change.
The new connection design takes its lead from the interface used for adding accounts on Android, Google product manager Rodrigo Paiva told VentureBeat.
Paiva said the new panel will automatically adjust and point it is used, based on the screen. This will be the same system for mobile and office.
Google has already deployed to add new look to Android, where user accounts, and Google app on iOS.
Given the constant threat of phishing attacks against a billion Google users, it is likely to warn people a good idea for Google to wait a little different to search login page.
