A Windows 10 user who just upgraded to the creators update posted the following complaint on the Microsoft Community page:
This week, I outperformed the creators of update. A clandestine listening question: desktop connected to the inverter (APC, HID battery, native Win driver). Camera performance and health complain about the battery life is influenced by adjusting the brightness of the screen to the maximum. In the middle there is no institution available – of course, I can not change it (HTPC with NVIDIA ION, connected to an HDMI TV).
The warning reads as follows:
The brightness of the screen of this device is currently set to maximum. This can affect the life of your device’s battery. You can change this setting.
Now there is the problem: it is impossible to adjust the brightness of the screen on a desktop computer. Another user reported the same problem even after changing the brightness of the screen:
I’m on a laptop and even after reducing the brightness of the screen, the warning has not gone away.
The good news is that a representative of Microsoft has promised to intensify the problem with the engineers of this Redmond giant. Hopefully Microsoft will soon deploy a patch to patch this problem.
